After the first of three sessions, I love the information and enjoy learning more depth of Yoga Nidra. I was unable to download my video, so I am working through that. I hope to hear from someone soon. Because of the depth of information, I was hoping for some written word which helps my retention. Yet, that is me. This does not detract from the value of the teaching and Kamini is an amazing teacher.
