Understanding the Journey of the Human Soul
Yoga for Everybody, Fairfield, CT

April 14, 2019, 1:00 - 3:30 pm

Why are we born?

What is the process by which we lose our connection with source as children?

How is this separation necessary on the soul’s human journey?

This fascinating lecture and workshop is designed to introduce you to some unique perspectives on the purpose of the soul’s journey. In this lecture we will specifically talk about how as children we have to move into separation from source only to know our divine nature again. We will understand how insecurity is born and how that fear becomes the basis from which we develop the ego. Understanding this process will give you a bigger context to understand your life and the experiences you have had from a greater perspective.  You will appreciate the human journey you are on!

We will incorporate reflection exercises and Yoga Nidra to bring these shifts into your body.  Bring whatever you need to sit and lie comfortably on the floor. For practitioners and non-practitioners alike.

Cost: $40 if paid by April 1st/$50 thereafter
