In school, we learn to manage our finances, but not our mind. Take this day to inspire, rejuvenate and recharge yourself. Most of us are constantly doing and rarely allowing the body time to deeply rest and rejuvenate. Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that allows the body to enter deep restoration states where the body can release excess tension and return to a state of balance. 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative as three hours of sleep.


Learn how Yoga Nidra initiates healing from deep within the body and creates changes that make you sleep better, feel happier, and be more resilient to stress. Understand how the ancient teachings of Yoga and the system of Yoga Nidra (sleep-based mindful meditation) help you optimally relate to your thoughts, create a more relaxed relationship to life, and release your own healing capacity. Includes simple yoga poses for all levels and two full guided Yoga Nidra experiences.
